DANCON Enterprises, LLC is a family-owned residential restoration business specializing in Roofing, Siding, Gutters, and Windows.
Owner Dan Ryan has been in the roofing/home restoration industry for 15 years and has extensive experience in all areas of home restoration.
DANCON Enterprises was launched in 2013 because Dan believes in providing homeowners with a more personal, hands-on experience when they are facing damage and/or repairs to their home.
DANCON believes there is tremendous value in personally safeguarding the homeowner's best interest throughout the restoration process. Therefore, Dan meets with homeowners to personally inspect the property, then provides the homeowner with detailed product and warranty information making recommendations based on quality, preference, and budget.
In the event of an insurance claim, Dan will act as mediator for the homeowner by meeting with adjusters on-site to inspect any damage and negotiate replacement and/or repair.
DANCON contracts with extremely dependable and efficient restoration crews and strives to be on-site throughout the restoration process to oversee the work and answer any questions the homeowner may have.
