Any insurance folks out here can tell me when or what decides when a roof needs replaced. After today's wind I have had shingles come off again. This is the 4th time and it is in all different places most of the time it is in groups of 6 to 10 shingles. The roof is about 15 years old but looks good. When I cleaned gutters last week I had a once inch average of grit off the roof in the gutters. Should I call the insurance agent or patch it again????
