  Does anyone have a recommendation of a contractor who can do about $5000 worth of loose end jobs to get a house finished to be listed and who would be willing to defer the payment until the house sells? I can pay $500 every payday but the remainder would need to wait until the house sells. House is in Spring, didn't flood, $70k+ in equity so payment won't be an issue. List includes trim work (cove moldings, quarter round, transitions), wood flooring in closets, tile in kitchen, hang a ceiling fan, patch a couple holes in the wall, install kitchen sink and backpsplash.
