  Hello. Me and my husband currently rent an apartment in Redlands however our lease is ending in July. I have been going back and forth on either renting an apartment or just looking to rent a house instead. We currently pay outrageous rent for a 1bd/1ba 650 sq ft apartment off brookside. I am just wondering if anyone has any tips on searching for a proper rental? I have been looking at a few websites but they either have very little listings or not enough information about the rental list/landlords never responding to messages. Also, has anyone had bad experiences renting a house in Redlands? (Other than the obvious price cost) and where would you recommend me to search for more options? Thank you!!
