Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Specialists. Bowie and Annapolis locations . They were able to help us when local ortho surgeons could not. (410)268-8862 Good luck!

Definitely Orthopedic and Sports Medicine (OSMC) Annapolis and Bowie. I have personally had 2 knee replacements (10 and 12 years ago) as well as foot and back surgeries there. Other family members have had knee back and shoulder surgeries there. They have doctors for virtually every part of the body. Friendly competent very accommodating. 410-268-8862.
Hello South Bowie Village. Can anyone inbox me a recommended doctor for rehab? Son had tibia surgery in JULY... not just someone that is a friend, but you can vouch for their rehab services. Thanks

We too have a had great success with the Orthopedic and Sports Center...they have several locations, early morning and late evening appointiments and same day or next day emergency appointments. http://osmc.net/

I use the orthopedic and sports medicine center in Bowie in the AAMC building.
I'm searching for a good orthopedic surgeon. Any recommendations would be appreciated please.

Anne Arundel Orthopedic Associates and James York, M.D. In particular. Closest of many offices is Odenton. Number is (410) 268-8862. He is outstanding and has over 25 years of experience. Also a leader of the state Orthopedics Association.
Anybody have any recommendations for a foot/ankle doctor who might be familiar with running and/or sports injuries? Pretty much anywhere between Annapolis & Glen Burnie works for me. Something is going on with my right ankle recently :x
Can someone give me a good chiropractor or orthopedic doctor ASAP. I need an appointment tomorrow... neck and back is killing me from that darn accident... I need a good one to... please inbox me

Need recommendations for an orthopedic specialist in the area. (z)
Jean M. replied:
stay out of the area is my advice. go to annapolis. Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. They have orthopedics that specialize in every body part. Not sure what you are looking for but they can help you. 410-268-8862 Totally worth the drive to avoid the general orthopedics that I have found in calvert.

I absolutely agree with everyone else regarding going to Annapolis. The Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center http://osmc.net/ has physicians who specialize in certain areas (click on Services & Specialties) i.e. spine, hip & knee, foot & ankle, etc. My husband just had rotator cuff surgery for a complete tear only 6 weeks ago and the physical therapists can not believe how well he is doing. Personally, I want a doctor who only operates on a specific area, all the time, not once in a while. Great staff and great doctors. Highly recommend!
Anyone know of a good ortho surgeon around Baltimore or Annapolis to rebuild my knee? Still need to figure out what exactly I tore but It is definitely fucked, and I am definitely trying to get sliced up and rebuilt as soon as possible.
Debbie W. replied:
Amy, DR Edward McFarland is EXCELLENT but I know his specialty is shoulders. I do physical therapy for many orthopedic surgeons. Since I am a traveling therapist I have worked with may of these doctors. If it was my knee I would go where Natalie went, to Dr. Verklinhttp://osmc.net/directory/people/show/robert-verklin-jr
Yes, we used Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center in Annapolis. You can reach them at 410-268-8862. They techinically don't open 'til 8 but they were always there when I called super early.
