  We used Town and Country (http://www.townandcountrychimney.com/), and they were excellent. Stay away from Clean Sweep. They told me we needed tens of thousands of dollars worth of work done, immediately. I then called Town and Country for a second opinion, and the work we needed was not nearly as extensive, nor close to the cost Clean Sweep quoted. Corinne

  We have used town and country chimney. 410 995-6700. I think it was 80 or so. I used to think it had to be down every year but we missed several and the guy actually told us that our chimney wasn't bad at all and it could go longer. I believe they are in owing a mills
