She is just south of Colonial on Fern Creek just after the first light. She is on the left hand side and the sign says "Fine Dentistry of Orlado". Phone: 407-898-1621. Very perfectionistic and personable. Her husband, Dr. Alvarez, also works with her. The best dentist I've ever had and I have many hundreds of hours in the dental chair.
