  Chaun, you might want to contact African Development Center: http://www.adcminnesota.org/ They also have a micro-entrepreneurship training program that once you complete you're eligible for their micro-lending, which is easier to get than going through a traditional bank, and you'll get like 8-12 hours of 1:1 technical assistance with your business. I did it back in 2004 and it's great. The new E.D. and former CFO is my friend, Nasibu Sareva.
