  I really need some help! We are looking to switch pediatricians and would love some suggestions. I would love to find a pediatrician that avoids unnecessary medicine-and treats daily sickness in the most natural ways possible, but also understands the importance of vaccinations and recommends them (even though we have decided to use a slower alternative vaccination schedule). Friendly staff and a personable pediatrician is also important to us. I understand I may not find all of these qualities in one pediatrician, but maybe someone close to it?
