  We use Romney Pest Control. We did have a regular service for a while, but found it wasn't necessary so pulled back and they were great about it. They honored the existing price with just a simple request to be able to call and check-in with us every 3 months. It's worked out great and they are very nice people. http://romneypestcontrol.com/
