Tried 4 Sons Restoration and they came, did their thing and IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. Unbelievable. I love my kitchen floor again. The black grout is now beige again. Give these guys a try. The equipment they use makes the difference. (Jan 2016)

I told him when I scheduled the appointment that I wanted the kitchen first and the other amount of feet due to me in another area. My dad was extremely ill and I had to take him to the doctor. Instead of rescheduling and causing him to lose business and money I had my husband at the house for the appointment until I could get there. My husband instructed them to start in the kitchen. I got home and they were ready to leave even though they had only done the kitchen. I asked about my other square footage due and they said they had put their hoses away already. I told them fine I was not giving them the voucher until they completed the job. If they needed to reschedule that was fine with me. So, the guy, very upset, went and got the hoses. I asked him how much I had left. He did not even have a tape measure nor, measure my kitchen to tell me accurately how much was done. Very unprofessional! He say the kitchen was not even close to the 300 square feet due to me. I told him when I scheduled my appointment what I wanted done. Also, he had my cell phone and could have called me if he had any questions. Instead this guy and his wife were trying to pull a fast one and just so a small spot and leave. I know they also knew that once I saw the work I would be disappointed. Finally, they finished up my remaining sq. footage. I gave them the voucher and waited for things to dry. After the areas were dry and I examined them I found a lot of dirt in my grout lines. I was able with some warm water, elbow grease and a brush get it up. Clearly, these guys didn't bother to do their job right. I was trying them out for this smaller area to do all 2319 sq. foot of tile in my house. I left them a bad review on living social and the audacity of this guy to insult me and blame me for his poor workmanship. My floors look worse than they did before this company was here. I called a real company to do my grout lines. Needless to say, they don't have a trailer attached to a 20 year old car with hoses coming out in my drive way to do my grout lines properly. I don't mind a wife and husband team trying to work together to make money but, don't pretend to be a real company and charge people for a service that you CLEARLY CANNOT perform properly!!!

  I have been using 4 brothers restoration for tile and they are the best I've seen. I used them at my own rental for carpet last month, great job I would recommend 321-972-1495
