I don't seem to be getting much better by going to the chiropractor 2-3 days a week. Anyone have any recommendations?

For a yoga based approach to PT, check this out: http://www.pratiquespace.com/yoga-therapy. She's expensive but in a few sessions she'll point out all sorts of weird misalignments in your body, and give you a yoga routine that strengthens/loosens/addresses the right parts and helps you pull it back in to shape.
