  I have a daughter with learning disability, IEP. School is in complete violation, preventing daughter from receiving FAPE this school year. I believe I have an ethics complaint against a staff member. Don't know where to turn. Situation is spinning out of control. Thoughts on where to turn. Trying to find legal counsel.
