  OMG! I am so frustrated with State Farm Insurance and Milburn Carpet One. In January I placed a claim for a pipe leak. State Farm sent Carpet One to replace my den, kitchen and dining room floor with a laminate floor. I am on a slab and they did not put down a moisture barrier nor did the leave enough room for expansion. The intire floor, all three rooms, ripple at eht seams. It has been six months since the installation of the floor and I can't get help. I have supplied reports from my plumber and from Long Island Carpet Connection to support my claim and yet nothing. I trip constantly on the splitting seams. I need a Lawyer!!! Can someone recommend one for me? I also would like to have a Home Engineer come out and inspect my floor. Any recommendations for and engineer too?
