  Any orthodontist recommendations? Good day! I need to find an orthodontist for adult braces, but have no idea where to start. I am insured, but it won't cover braces, so I need one okay with that--I do, however, have a few thousand dollars saved up as well as very helpful parents. I don't quite trust Yelp, so I was hoping to collect opinions from those who may have actually been to one! I am in Edgewater, but I do not mind traveling for good care (though I am limited by public transit). I hope for someone kind and informative, as I have had the most success with medical professionals that fit that profile, but the primary goal is simply someone who will get the job done well. Thanks and have an awesome day! EDIT: Also, really hoping to find an orthodontist who won't go overboard and recommend procedures I don't need or overcharge for the ones I do. For example, I already know I pretty much can't have Invisalign.
