Runners, I need advice. For the past month I've had mysterious recurring hip pain. It always feels fine at the beginning of runs and at rest, then will flare out of nowhere 6-8 miles into a run. I've seen the chiropractor 7x, had multiple sessions of ART, foam rolled, iced, done tons of glute and hip strengthening exercises, taken time off...I don't know what else to do, so I'm turning to Facebook. Has anyone experienced something similar? Sports doctor recommendations or other advice??? Thanks!!!
