Mike and Bonnie Rich had this crazy idea of getting into the rental business when they were 31 and 27 years old. They decided to dream big and built their first apartment building on South Street in 1990. It was a red brick, 8-unit building named 'Melba Manor'. With the staple red brick, they grew their business over the next 30 years and today own 15 apartment buildings and 4 homes throughout Warrensburg.
