  Any Landlord tenant lawyer on here that can help handle a problem? Need to know what steps to take to handle this. Daughter moved out of apartment 12/16, Apartment mgr sent letter 2/26 stating repairs. 72 days after she moved out. I read, hopefully correctly, they were supposed to send letter within 30 days stating what repairs, or if they needed to further evaluate. Then final repair bill within 60 days of move out. Again, Letter was only sent on 2/26. How can we handle this? Anyone willing to help me out? PLEASE :D

Does anyone know a good lawyer who can go represent me and get this reduced to nothing that will affect insurance? I haven't had a ticket in more than 25 years. I don't know how PFJ works...so maybe I can appear and ask for that? I only care about my insurance and will do whatever I need to to ensure I don't see it go up.   Taylor Pruitt here is the relevant portion of the law. NCGS 20-141. 80 over is not a traffic infraction. ". . .   Goodness, obviously SIDS can't always be stopped, but measures can be taken to help prevent it. I am pretty sure that by law, daycare centers are required to go through SIDS training..which is probably what Eileen has done. http://www.ncleg.net/.../2003/Bills/House/HTML/H152 v6.html
