  I just had Mesa public schools cater my wedding of 40 people. They had 2 pages of different menus and they ranged from $6-$12 (I think) per person. Food was good. They don't charge tax either so the total was about $450 which included delivery and set up. http://www.mpsaz.org/food/catering
