  Lee N. wrote: I took my vehicle in to get the A/C repaired. I was told it needed a Condenser replaced and was quoted $200 for the repair and I'd need to come back. I told them to go ahead and order the part. After bringing it back, and waiting a bit over an hour, I was told they had good and bad news. Now they said I needed a compressor too, even though mine had worked fine before bringing my vehicle to them. They wanted $760 more! Told them I couldn't afford it now and I'd pay them what I owed them. To my shock instead of the $200 I had been quoted it was $506.00! More than double the quote and still no working A/C! I am a disabled Vietnam Vet and have lung issues. I'm also recovering from a terrible accident after being hit by a drunk driver. They knew this and still ripped me off! My advice is to always get a WRITTEN QUOTE no matter where you go for repairs because saddly people like this are just waiting to take advantage of you!

  Taney County Tire & Towing is open tomorrow and they are very reasonable on prices. I just got two new tires put on there today. 417-239-0808
