Large covered porch. 30x40 garage, 16x16 shed, 2 springs, secluded, mature trees. Hunt deer, turkeys, target shoot in your on back yard! 5.01 acres. Will pay 5% commission, 2.5%split. If you get buyer and handle both sides, 3%. If I get buyer, you handle paperwork 2%.. If interested PM me. Be prepared to show me comps in the area and how you plan to market. Don't waste my time and show up for an interview saying that you can sell my house if I list with you. Also don't tell me that no one will show the house at 2.5% commission. If you don't like the terms there is no reason for you to reply.
