  My brother in law works for this company. They specialize in concrete pools, but they will do a custom patio job too. the BIL installs the piping and stuff for the pools, so, I can't speak to the specifics of the guys who do the concrete work, but their stuff looks awesome. http://www.mudslingersinc.com/
