  It was a text... remember Tuesday after yoga;-) Joyce, you have tried chiro for years please consider trying deep tissue massage BUT you have to go to someone really Fantastic (see text & or try Scott Hubbard at Pro Hands 704-716-6175)... Yoga plus abd work-out will help too.
