  There is a cafe in Vysehrad that is amazing and helps out people with disabilities - they also have a donated clothing store where they can work and make money selling the clothes. I really love it and the people there are wonderful. Email Jana (the social work therapist) to ask about the donations - I think the location is Prague 2.
