  Need some help in finding a good and reputable home repair man or contractor. I rent a 51 y/o old house in Belleview that needs some help: ceiling in carport needs replaced, bathroom (tile), kitchen and laundry room floors (linoleum) need replaced, bathroom tile coming loose fr wall around tub and window, misc other stuff.   ISO: Contractor to rip up carpet and lay linoleum down $1,234 - Summerfield, FL Looking for someone who can rip up carpeting from a mobile home bedroom and lay down fake wood flooring (it's technically linoleum).
