  So have a very particular question and hopefully someone can help me. My little brother is about to graduate BMT in a couple days and his wife is 35 weeks pregnant. She was planning on having the baby using her own insurance but my brother told her she HAD to sign up for tricare ASAP. He is in Texas, she is in California. How can she sign up with out him? Is there somewhere online she can do it or would she need to find an office?
