  Need help.. I have friends who are in desperate need of help with saving the lives of their dogs!!! They need a lawyer or someone who has knowledge of the laws of animals and what their rights are..They don't have money and they are running out of time before their dogs are put to sleep. TWO of the Four dogs have already been put down and if something doesnt happen quickly then the other two are next!! Please if anyone can help please inbox me.
