  Hi Gabby! Could you please ask the Hastings community about Hairdressers. I am wanting somebody that is fantastic at cutting short stylish haircuts. Also I need somebody who is good at doing colours with grey hair involved. I want to be able to merge the grey hairs with either foils or colour. I don't mind people who work from home as long as professional. I also only want to spend around $100-$130 for colour and cut. Thank you!
