It has been a genuine pleasure representing buyers and sellers they make major transitions in their lives. With my extensive educational background, I have developed a keen under-standing about personality styles and learning preferences. Listening and learning are key to helping clients articulate what they need in the homes they would ultimately like to purchase or the current homes that they need to sell.
When it comes to business, it is imperative for any professional to possess the requisite skill levels and information base. In the field of real estate, I am acutely aware of the need to have a broad base of knowledge about changing housing trends, local markets, political issues affecting real estate transactions, technological advancements and current sales data. Of course, I must have a mastery of the legal documents associated with transferring real property.
What I bring to the table are negotiation strategies, interpersonal communication skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, and technological resources. Learning is a life-long process which means that I am committed to embracing change.
As a real estate professional, I strive to provide premium service that exceeds my clients' expectations. Sometimes it's the little things that make a real difference. For example, it could be helping a long-distance client prepare his or her late parent's home for the market by overseeing carpet installation and repair work. It could also be making sure that prospective buyers receive Home Owners Association (HOA) documents outlining the codes, covenants and restrictions of a particular community immediately- before preparing an offer on the property. Or, going beyond the anticipated level of service could entail referring clients to mortgage consultants early on in cases where it might take time to mend a credit report.

mortgage and settlement, just to name two. This is a great benefit to both my clients and to me. Similarly, my approach to helping clients is to use them as a key resource and an ally. After all, trust and loyalty solidify effective team-building in any endeavor. Identifying those expectations that clients have of me, along with those I have of them, is an integral part our partnership.

I completed Integrity Selling Specialist Program™, New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) course. I also earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)
