  You can also try MIBOR.COM Just simply choose the lease option, your price range, location. This may give you the same results as Zillow though, as I am not familiar with it.

  www.mibor.com is what the realtors use. I used this to find our house. The New Pal market for the price point we wanted was EXTREMELY competitive. Mibor posted first- before everyone else- on Sunday. And I went to view the House with my realtor on Monday, put in an offer same day and got it. I would definitely take a look at that site - especially for those new listings that might go FAST! :)
