About us

The Biscuit Box offers flaky and buttery biscuits smothered in local flavor, and are made using Washington-based Shepherd’s Grain flour. These hearty biscuits that have a hint of crunch are finished with a unique blend of toppings, including selections of homemade jams, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, locally foraged mushrooms, Honey Hole urban honey and humanely raised meat. This biscuit recipe is unique to Seattle, and unlike traditional biscuits found around the country.
