  Depends on mileage, go to their website and it'll give you a quote, no cc needed, u can view the trucks and car tow/carrier options as well and decide if penske works for u...we had a 16 ft truck & bc of the 2400 miles it cost about $1500 w/optional coverage/damage...we checked out again for moving from Vegas to Seattle, its over 1000 miles & about $900 w/a car carrier (4 wheels off ground completely) to get up there with a 22 foot truck, which is diesel, gets better mileage.
