  Tattoo studio recommendations? I called No Regrets to ask about scheduling a consultation for a small, basic piece. The girl who answered told me off for not having picked out an artist, and told me they only take clients who are serious about wanting work done. I kind of figured that I'd get a chance to look at their work at the studio, but it seems like nowadays you're expected to have already researched them on Instagram before they'll even talk to you. Anyhow, I didn't love that experience and I'd like to go somewhere else. Obviously Memphis has a lot to choose from, so I'd love to hear what everyone has to say.
