About us

We are a locally sourced farmhouse restaurant, butcher shop and bakery that offers
small batch provisions and dining.
With the Butcher, Chef Adam Sawasy offering his artisanal charcuterie and traditionally cured meats
and the Baker, Chef Patricia Horton specializing in pastries and baked goods, together the Butcher and the Baker bring farmhouse food to your table or ours.
Enjoy dining in with us (and let us do the dishes) or take the ingredients for your favorite menu items home from our Provisions Shop to prepare yourself.
