  Hey guys I'm looking for any sort of reputable massage practitioner RMT or SPA THERAPIST that is knowledgeable and trained in MLD(manual lymph drainage) I had emergency surgery on my ankle 2 weeks ago this Saturday and the swelling is outrageous, I'm elevating it but the minute I stand up it turns into a memory foam pillow....

  Try renting. Cryo machine with an ankle cuff. Cold pulsating water....used one after knee replacement. Your foot needs to be higher than your heart to do any good. Lay flat with lots of pillows.
