  Rocco J Casamassimo I will be happy to at least give you a consultation, If your not looking for a fully milled stair package. Any accomplished carpenter should be able to install a carpet grade stair. I can let you know all of the aspects in safety you should be aware of involving stairs. The stairway association I belong to helps write code for the ICC with regard to stairs and rails. Www.stairways.org
