  Blue Spruce Builders, (503) 930-9888, the owner's name is Rich Moore, I believe he is still doing small work for individuals. Tell him that Bonnie Hall from the State of Oregon recommended him. I know a lot of contractors (it was my job to hire them), but most of them are large scale. I'll try to find my business cards, I may have one or two more.
