  When we got our land surveyed the first guy we contacted was the cheapest but super unreliable... it wasn't worth it. Ended up going with these guys http://www.prosurvey.com/. It was a reasonable price- not the most expensive but not the cheapest and these guys were VERY reliable. Showed up when they said they would and got the job done in less than a week... had the paperwork within another week.
