Having pressure issue with water pipes, water company says that because the neighbors have no complaints we need to get someone private first. Need someone reasonable, no crooks please :) I don't want someone to tell us we need to change pipes when the problem is really smaller. Especially since a few weeks ago it suddenly became great for a week and then we lost pressure again, no leaks. Thanks
