  Cape Cod friends, I need help. Last spring, my car was struck by an old man in a parking lot. He turned right into the exit lane without looking and struck my car. He did 3500 hundred dollars of damage to my car. Now he claims I was speeding. The pictures and physical evidence clearly support me but because I was driving an uninsured rental, I am being bullied by his insurance company. I need a reference for a good lawyer. Not just someone you know with a law degree. Someone sharp who will help establish his liability and make Arbella pay for what he did to the car. Ideas?
