  We've had good luck with Mow Better. They have a truck with a full tool shop in it that they drive to your house and use to work on your mower. It was competitive with taking it somewhere and less hassle. They do spring tune ups (also blade sharpening/oil changes) but that sounds like what you need. You might ask if they can replace the pull string before having them come out. (317)258-9133
