  My husband and I want to adopt our 13 year old cousin. It will be a kinship adoption and the parental rights are already terminated. I need some help with this process because it seems very complicated. Does anyone know a good adoption lawyer I can talk to? Preferably someone who would consider doing it pro bono or for a low cost. I know it's a large ask but I don't mind doing all the work and filling out/filing forms. I just need help figuring out which forms and what the next steps are.
