  Can you recommend any moving companies? I'm moving soon and I need recommendations on companies that will use their own truck, load it, and also unload it at the new place. I've looked at a few posts in this subreddit but a lot of them are fairly old or only recommend companies for unloading. I can do all the packing but I need the movers to basically do everything else. Thank you in advance!

  There is an amazing program in Durham, NC called TROSA. I know people who have stayed there and their recovery is nothing short of miraculous. There is no charge to stay there. I think k the minimum stay is 2 years but I could be wrong about that. The residents live and work in the facility, and their work supports the program.   I want to give a quick shout out to Trosa in Durham. For the first time ever, we needed to hire movers and they went above and beyond. Two of the guys made sure they had Jude's room set up perfectly and between them, they did, which helped lessen his sadness about moving. If anyone in the RTP area ever needs movers, I can't recommend Trosa enough.
