  If you go to Runners Forum or Blue Mile, they will put you on a treadmill, see how your step hits the floor when you run or jog, and suggest the right shoe for you. My daughter & son both have totally different steps, need totally different shoes. They explain the need and the options (price) to fit you. I'm a fan!
