Question for runners out there. I have a bad left knee and am looking for a good brace and shoes that are comfortable while running. All suggestions welcome.

Personally,I would go to Jack Rabbit ( jackrabbitsports.com ) in the city the next time you are there. They will analyze your gate ( for the type of shoe) and will know what brace you will want. I just bought a pair of Brooks adrenaline gts 14. But those are made for heavier runners that need a supportive shoe.
