  I lived in Jersey when I had it done. http://dermalogiclasercenter.com/ It was expensive and she did tell me it would grow back bc our hair grows in cycles and I would have to have it done every year which I haven't in a year. But like I said it grows back much slower. I'm Italian so I couldn't stand the thick dark hair.
