Lost A/C mid-evening last Saturday but got immediate help from Fulford's after hours call service and within a half hour a follow up call from Will Bolton saying he could be here by 9PM . He was very concerned and I told him the checks I had made regarding the electrical power to our unit. I elected to wait until Sunday AM and, as promised, he arrived before 9AM. Quickly ascertained the problem, offered an immediate solution with generic motor and parts, then discussed our Rheem guarantee and service record thus saving me about $500 by electing to confirm full coverage on Monday, order the parts. Thanks also to Temple for her help in expediting the service call so I had full service back on by Wednesday for only the necessary non-covered labor and trip charges. The savings were definitely worth the wait and their text message service also appreciated! Very professional and thorough in his explanations and I will personally ask for he and Temple to handle my account in the future!
