Looking for CRT repair. (Sony Trinitron WEGA) I'm looking for anyone in the area that offers CRT TV repair services. I know this is kinda a odd request in 2020, haha. I'm a retro game collector, and my early 2000's WEGA is on the fritz, making it annoying to enjoy my hobby. Scanlines are pretty wonky and there is pixel fluctuation around the center and corners. I think there is some internal issue going on that cannot be fixed with manufacturers menu stuff.
If anyone can help me out with finding a business that still offers this, or anyone who can personally fix these TV's that would be great.
Thanks!

I'm not sure, and this doesn't appear to be in their focus, but the folks at Vacuum Tube Supplies in Lincoln Park might have an idea of who you *should* talk to http://www.vacuumtubesupplies.com/ In my head this is because of the nexus of vacuum tubes and electronics repair. You just have a fancy vacuum tube..
Hey nerds! Brett Bamberger is in need of a reputable place to get an amp tinkered on while they're in town. Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Looking at you, Ethan, Kelly, Lauren, Gianni, and Grant.

There's a place downtown I went to go have my tubes tested at that was recommended to me, but I can't remember the name of the shop, I think it was maybe Vacuum Tube Supplies? I found this site in my web history so this might be it: http://www.vacuumtubesupplies.com/About-Vacuum-Tube-Supplies.html
If anyone is in need of vintage audio repair, I highly recommend Dr. Dan. He just fixed the record player in my hifi that my grandma had bought new in the 1960's.
