  http://www.activpt.com/ Perhaps you've already considered PT and decided against it, but I'd suggest a visit to Ed Ash, who is an amazing PT (PT's are definitely not created equal!), and has designed, with the help of local ultra runner Lloyd Thomas, a running injury prevention program called "strong runner."
