  Over night a filling fell out of my tooth! Now there's ths huge hole and it huts like the mother of all toothaches! I feel a root canal coming! I went on line and checked Western Dental, i have no dental insurance , and found mostly one star reviews! Anyone know of a better dentist in San Diego that is nice and gentle?
